| | Not the best trade I've ever had. Took several days to make contact I had to Google the lions group and get things moving. After further delays in communication I received the product only to find it was broken and completely missing parts not "NEW" as listed.In fairness they responded and apologized imidiatly and I had received a full refund plus extra shipping fees added for me to return the product within 24hours. I hope lessons have been learned. No hard feelings but dissapointed |

| | As disclosed in auction and to client directly, we are a charitable organisation working with volunteers who do the best they can. We are gifted the items for selling and do not know the history. The buyer was overzealous with his contact time frames and was reimbursed more than the cost of the item when we were advised there was an issue. We would be happy not to trade with this buyer again. |
